"Fitness is not an easy thing. You have to be very disciplined. You have to be consistent. There are days you feel not too energetic. So you have to go through all those things. It's not easy. But it's worth the effort."

On the value he got from the program

"Health is the main thing for anybody. Money or anything else, it comes and goes. But your health, with the course of time, once you age, it's difficult for you to even become fitter and put on muscle. The sooner you start adopting this lifestyle, the more helpful it is in the long run."
